The proposed star hotel will primarily cater to the IT corridor. Electronics City is where most of the large IT companies are located. In addition, this location is close to Narayana Hrudayalaya, a world-class medical facility, frequented by visitors from all over the world. The hotel is close to Jigani Industrial Estate, where industries like Biocon - a leading company in biotechnology, etc. are present. Travelers commuting to Hosur Industrial Estate will also find its location ideal.

Movement of foreign nationals to over 100 companies in Electronics City alone and to the nearby industrial estate is high. Both domestic and international visitors to these companies and hospitals are currently forced to stay at the hotels downtown, travel through congested highways, resulting in increased traffic and man-hour wastage.
